Caramel Biscuit Ring
As you can tell, this is a well-loved family recipe. I remember having this for breakfast every morning we had friends stay the night! Quick, easy, cheap, and a crowd pleaser! Less than 10 minutes from start to finish AND it goes in the microwave!

Ingredients
1 tube biscuits
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. water
½ tsp cinnamon
circle microwave dish
small glass cup/bowl
Step 1: Put the glass cup/bowl in the center of your circular microwave dish. Place brown sugar in the bottom of the dish, around the cup/bowl. Cut up butter and place around as well.
Step 2: Add water and cinnamon over brown sugar and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, until butter is melted.
Step 3: Cut up biscuits into 4ths. Push biscuits into melted brown sugar mixture, ensuring all mixture is covered by biscuits.
Step 4: Microwave for 2.5 to 3.5 minutes, ensuring the biscuits “spring back”. Basically, just make sure they are cooked.
Step 5: Remove from microwave. Remove cup/bowl in center of dish. Place a plate on top of dish and flip! Admire your creation but dig in while they’re warm!
